A licensed REALTOR® for the past 30 years, Diane holds a broker license in Florida, New Hampshire, Maine and formerly New York. The multi-state licensing enables her the unique ability to assist clients in finding an ocean lifestyle property, a mountain retreat or home that fits their dreams. Her established expertise includes residential listing and selling, marketing new construction, buyer agency, and real estate advisement and consulting. Diane has consistently ranked high in sales volume, this coupled with years of experience empowers clients with in-depth knowledge of broad market conditions and transaction logistics. Also providing practical knowledge regarding lenders, cooperating with agents, attorneys, appraisers and property challenges and specifics, all leading to purchase and sales success.

An avid traveler and adventure seeker, Diane has been traveling to the Florida Keys and the treasure coast for over 25 years prior to making it her full-time residence in 2021. Diane and her husband Bob are originally from New Hampshire where they raised their two sons. Fed by a passion for hiking and skiing the White Mountains, that culminated with summiting the 100 highest peaks in New England. The family was dive certified together and now enjoy fishing and boating off the coast of Stuart and the Florida Keys.
