Born and raised in Stuart, FL (where Premier Realty Group’s flagship office is located today), Jessica grew up enjoying everything the South Florida lifestyle has to offer: endless recreational activities on the St. Lucie and Indian Rivers, the beauty of our unspoiled beaches, and a vibrant and historic downtown area. Upon graduating from University of Florida with a degree in Economics, Jessica moved to New York City, where she worked at Alliance Bernstein in the international sales division, learning the importance of client relationships. In 2009, Jessica returned to Stuart to continue the family tradition of real estate. Jessica follows in the footsteps of both her grandmother, Trude Kennedy Neese, who founded the company in 1958, and her father Stephen E. Bohner, as the now 3rd generation Broker/Owner of Premier Realty Group. In the years leading up becoming the now Broker/Owner, Jessica experienced every imaginable role in a real estate company including functioning in each and every support staff role at the firm and working in sales herself for 5+ years, before joining leadership as the sales manager in 2014. All leadership positions at Premier Realty Group are non-competing roles, thus she left sales behind to support and coach the group of Premier Professionals from then on.
Jessica believes in serving well beyond the real estate transaction. In 2019 the Premier Charitable Fund was established in which a portion of the proceeds from every sale are contributed by the agent and matched 100% by the company making a lasting impact in the community we serve. As proud a ninja company, Premier has many of the top individual Realtors “under one roof” living out the abundance mindset. A family business through and through, relationships are at the heart of all we do! Today you will find Jessica working intimately with the Premier Professionals to help them achieve their goals. Whether that is through coaching one on one, making a greater impact in the community through volunteerism, or being a confidant for transaction advice, negotiations or a listing presentation. Her time is dedicated back to the team of full time Realtors® at Premier to help in any way needed to propel their business forward!

Tammie comes to Premier with 22+ years’ experience in the real estate industry. Her background encompasses both sales and leadership roles. She has recruited and coached hundreds of Realtors and is laser focused on the success of the agents she supports. She is excited to be expanding her career in Martin County and looks forward to becoming an active member of the community. In her personal time, you will find her enjoying the water and exploring all that the Treasure Coast has to offer.
