Patricia Arencibia epitomizes the hard work, professionalism, integrity and energy you want from a Real Estate Professional. The daughter of Cuban Immigrants, she was born in Chicago, IL and grew up in the North Shore Suburb of Wilmette, just north of the city. Her family opened their first of many businesses in Chicago in 1975 and this would help pave the way to Patricia’s success in every transaction. Her years of working alongside her family and helping run some of the businesses, helped instill a strong work ethic and gave her a depth of experience not found with your average agent. 

Patricia is an excellent communicator and negotiator who will help you with all your real estate decisions when that time presents itself. Most real estate decisions involve unique considerations and challenges; therefore, she understands the importance of constant accessibility, involvement, careful listening and a clear focus on her clients' objectives to help them achieve their real estate goals. Patricia is 100% client centered and this has been another key to her success.

Her fluency in Spanish is yet another asset she brings that is critical throughout the Florida Marketplace, where she has called home for over 15 years. A self-proclaimed foodie and lover of cultural events, she knows all the hot spots. Patricia, a Palm City resident, is an active mother and wife who regularly participates in her son’s school events, sports activities and community. In her spare time, some of her other personal interests include tennis, boating, hot yoga, traveling and cooking.
