Stephanie Rozansky

Welcome

Stephanie and her husband moved from Orlando to Martin County in 1989 and fell in love with its beaches and lifestyle. They raised three children here and also have a grandson, who all live on the Treasure Coast!

Together with her husband Steve, they enjoyed buying and selling over 20 properties, some as residences for their family’s changing needs and others for investment. With a passion for house hunting and an eye for detail it was only natural she chose real estate as a second career.

Prior to real estate, Stephanie worked for 25 years in the medical profession as a radiation therapist and a medical dosimetrist. While there she developed her management and leadership skills.

In her free time, Stephanie enjoys quilting, reading and hiking. She is an active volunteer within the community at the House of Hope, the Soup Kitchen at Immanuel Lutheran Church, a maker of charity quilts for Safe Space, Quilts of Valor, and the local VFW. 

Innovative real estate marketing strategies, effective negotiation skills, and adept staging of the home are areas where Stephanie excels.

She is dedicated to ensuring clients have an outstanding experience by continuous guidance and support throughout the entire process.
