Equine Clinic situated on 5 acers of land in beautiful Loxahatchee Florida. This facility contains a full service clinic with a surgery room, two recovery rooms, lab/prep, offices, waiting area and restrooms. Upstairs are additional offices, sleeping area and storage. In addition to the main structure, there is a detached stable with a total of 11 stalls, air conditioned medical/supply room, feed room, storage room and one bath one bedroom apartment. Attached to the west end of the stable is a hyperbaric chamber that can provides high concentrated oxygen therapy for injured horses. The main clinic bldg contains 6,276 feet of enclosed area with 2,286 feet of roofed porch and carport parking areas. The detached stable is 5,771 square feet and has a roofed porch with a grooming & wash area.
